Yes, Lushme is free to download and use. Core features including browsing profiles, liking, and messaging your matches are completely free. We also offer optional premium features like Boost and Coins that enhance your experience.

Lushme focuses on intent-based matching. Instead of just swiping on photos, you connect with people who share your goals whether that is making friends, networking, or building meaningful relationships. Our matching algorithm prioritizes genuine connections.

Lushme is available on iOS (iPhone), Android, and web browsers. Your account syncs across all platforms so you can switch between devices seamlessly.

After creating your account, you will be guided through onboarding where you can add photos, write a bio, select your interests, set your relationship intent, and fill in basic details like your age, location, and occupation. A complete profile significantly increases your chances of getting matches.

You can upload up to 6 photos to your profile. We recommend using clear, recent photos that show your face. Your first photo will be your main profile picture visible to other users.

Yes, you can edit your profile at any time by going to your profile page and tapping the edit button. You can update your photos, bio, interests, and other details whenever you like.

Profile verification helps build trust. Go to Settings > Verification and follow the selfie verification process. You will be asked to take a real-time photo matching a specific pose. Verified profiles receive a badge visible to other users.

Browse profiles in your Explore feed. Like someone by tapping the heart button. If they like you back, it is a match and you can start messaging. You can also Super Like someone to let them know you are especially interested.

Intents let you specify what you are looking for: friendship, networking, collaboration, or just chatting. Lushme uses your intent to prioritize showing you people with compatible goals, leading to more meaningful connections.

Make sure your profile is complete with clear photos and an engaging bio. Expand your distance and age preferences in Settings. Be active on the app regularly as active users are shown more often. Consider using Boost to increase your visibility.

If you accidentally passed on someone, you can use the Rewind feature to go back and reconsider. This feature is available with Coins. Likes cannot be undone once sent.

Boost puts your profile at the top of other users' feeds for a limited time, dramatically increasing your visibility and chances of getting likes and matches. You can activate a Boost from your profile or the Explore screen.

Coins are Lushme's in-app currency. You can use Coins to send Super Likes, activate Boosts, use Rewind, and unlock other premium features. Coins can be purchased in various packages from the Coins section.

Go to your profile and tap on the Coins section. Choose a package that suits your needs and complete the purchase through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe on the web. Purchases are processed securely.

Refund policies depend on your platform. For App Store and Google Play purchases, refund requests should be submitted through the respective platform. For web purchases, contact support@lushme.app within 14 days of purchase for eligible refunds.

Once you match with someone, a conversation thread is automatically created. Go to your Messages tab to see all your matches and start chatting. Send a thoughtful first message that references something from their profile.

Yes, you can share photos and voice messages in your conversations. Tap the camera icon to send a photo or hold the microphone icon to record a voice message. All shared media is kept private between you and your match.

If you unmatch someone, the entire conversation history is permanently deleted for both parties. Neither of you will be able to see or recover the messages. The unmatched person will not be notified about the unmatch.

Your messages are private between you and your match. Lushme does not read or share your message content. However, if a message is reported for violating our community guidelines, our Trust & Safety team may review it.

Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or in a conversation and select "Report." Choose the reason for your report and provide any additional details. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our team within 24 hours.

Tap the three-dot menu on their profile or in your conversation and select "Block." The blocked user will not be able to see your profile, send you messages, or interact with you. You can manage blocked users in Settings > Privacy.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (112 in Turkey, 911 in the US). Block and report the user on Lushme. Visit our Safety Center for comprehensive safety tips and resources.

Lushme does not conduct criminal background checks on users. We encourage all users to exercise caution and follow our safety guidelines. Use our verification feature to confirm someone's identity before meeting in person.

Go to Settings > Account to update your email address or change your password. You may need to verify your current password or email before making changes. If you signed up with Google or Apple, your login is managed through that provider.

Go to Settings > Privacy and toggle "Pause Profile." When paused, your profile will not appear in other users' feeds, but you can still access your matches and messages. Unpause at any time to become visible again.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, matches, messages, and any remaining Coins. This action cannot be undone.

No. Once an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you want to use Lushme again after deleting your account, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
